A middle-class Kim Khanh in 800°/°° gilded silver, in the shape of a ceremonial gong, with floral decoration carved along the edges, two suspension holes, the central section bearing, on the obverse, the inscription ‘Gia Then Sanh Nang’ – honouring virtue, signifying competence with a mark of honour – and, on the reverse, ‘Thành Thái xứ tứ’, granted by Emperor Thành Thái.
