REIGN OF HIS MAJESTY EMPEROR BAO DAI (1926–1945) Kim Khanh in 800°/°° gold-plated silver, a first-class decoration for French nationals (1900 standardisation) in the shape of a gong, chiselled with a design of two facing dragons chasing the sacred pearl, the central section bearing the inscription ‘Dai Hang kim khan’ on the obverse (First Class Kim Khanh) and ‘dai nam hoang dê sâc tu’ on the reverse, awarded by the Emperor of Dại Nam. Made in France, first half of the 20th century. Dimensions: 7.5 x 4 cm. Weight: 27.8 g. Sylvester 1/G/1 Expert: Edgar Clin.
