A blue-and-white porcelain bowl, known as ‘Hue blue’, decorated with two dragons chasing the sacred pearl.
A blue underglaze mark consisting of four characters, ‘Thiêu Tri niên tao’ (meaning ‘Made during the reign of Thieu Tri’), is inscribed on the base.
Made in China for Vietnam, 19th century, reign of His Majesty Thieu Tri (1841–1847).
Diameter: 13.2 cm.
Height: 6.5 cm.

Bowl decorated with two dragons chasing the sacred pearl. Marked “Thiệu Trị Niên Tạo” on the base.
