Two prayer altars in the form of carved wooden steles, lacquered in red and gold. Each main panel, decorated with floral scrolls and gilded floral motifs in relief, bears the following inscriptions in Sino-Vietnamese characters:
奉為正薦顯靈姓陳氏善一位善性正魂
: ‘Virtuous soul of the late Mrs Chen, honoured by a funeral ritual dedicated to her revealed spirit’ and
伏為過去亡姓陳氏項善心正魂之位 : “A place dedicated to the upright and benevolent soul of the late Mrs Chen Xiang”, who passed away long ago.
