Two maps, North and South, of the waterways of Cochinchina and Cambodia, at a scale of 1:400,000. Published in August 1948. Based on information provided by Mr Malifaut, Harbour Master of the Phnom Penh River Port. Drawn by the Topographical Section of the E.M. des F.T.E.O.
The northern map shows, in particular: Phnom Penh, Prey Veng, the Small Lake, Kompong Chnang.
The southern map shows, in particular: Chau Doc, Long Xuyen and Can Tho.
In addition to the place names, each map includes annotations and information relating to watercourses, irrigation canals, flood-prone areas, navigation advice and landmarks.
