Probably Italian violin, 19th century; bearing an apocryphal Bergonzi label, and a repair inscription on the top "repaired by Stanislas Marki... Paris 1908". Core piece on the back without breakage, restored breaks on the top including core breakage, small restoration to one of the ribs. 359mm. This instrument is more than 100 years old.
