Probably Italian violin, 19th century; bearing an apocryphal Bergonzi label, and a repair inscription on the top "repaired by Stanislas Marki... Paris 1908". Core piece on the back without breakage, restored breaks on the top including core breakage, small restoration to one of the ribs. 359mm. This instrument is more than 100 years old. [VRVI2606_016-VREXP3] Violin, probably Italian, 19th century ; bearing a facsimile Bergonzi label and a repair inscription on the table: "Repaired by Stanislas Marki... Paris 1908." Reinforcement piece on the back with no cracks; cracks on the table restored, including a soundpost crack, minor repair to one of the ribs. 359 mm. This instrument is more than 100 years old.
