Description
Double bass bow by Mars-Auguste HUSSON, made circa 1925, signed "A.Husson-Paris", in pernambuco wood, pre-convention 2007, mounted nickel silver. 121g5, without fittings, length 650mm. Hits to headstock and ramrod, wear to rear of ramrod, mortise lengthened, tear to underside of fittings, traces of string on frog side, slide a little bent. Good condition. 657mm. This instrument is more than 100 years old (EOVF-BNG-1902)
This bow is accompanied on request by a certificate of authenticity from the Cabinet d'Archetiers Experts Jf Raffin Successeurs.
