Glazed ceramic with a flamed finish and drip decoration. Base and neck rimmed with silver.
Signed and numbered “7338” on the reverse.
Height: 13 cm.
Accompanying piece: Small spherical vase with a pinched neck, in glazed ceramic with a speckled effect. Monogrammed “JS” on the reverse.
Height 5 cm, diameter 5.5 cm.
Provenance: the collection of Jaques Guérin (1880–1962), chief curator of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and the Musée Nissim de Camondo, Paris. His descendants.
