Six fans Bone, tortoiseshell, Bakelite and horn. The fan leaves are made of fabric, feathers or feature openwork decoration. One features a design of gilded leaves bearing a poem with the monogram ‘HR’. Height: 15.5 to 37 cm When unfolded: 14 to 42 cm. As is. Provenance: the collection of Jaques Guérin (1880–1962), chief curator of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and the Musée Nissim de Camondo, Paris. His descendants.
