Cabinet
Moulded and carved ebony veneered over a base of softwood and blackened pear wood.
The upper section opens to reveal nine drawers with an X-shaped decoration. The side panelling frames a diamond shape against a background of striations. The turned base, comprising four baluster legs, is joined by cross-braces.
Removable brass drawer handles.
H 149 W 125.5 D 45 cm.
Restored.
Provenance: estate of an antique dealer, Perche.
