Sideboard, circa 1930, in rosewood veneer with a quadrangular body and a slightly projecting top decorated with a green marble slab; the front features two solid doors on either side of five central drawers, the upper and lower sections of which are decorated with ivory-style Bakelite discs.

Minor chips on the drawer fronts, damage to the marble and restoration
Provenance: Alain Lavaud, an antiques dealer in Lyon; acquired by the current owner’s parents on his behalf and has remained in the family ever since.
