Gabbeh carpet (warp, weft and pile in wool), South-West Persia. Circa 1940–1970. Length: 103 cm; Width: 84 cm. Featuring a stylised animal motif in old rose on a mottled tan background. The composition is embellished with four stylised animals in ivory. A grey-green border with a herringbone pattern frames the composition.
