Bildnis des preußischen Generalleutnants Adolf Karl Julius von Dorpowski (1811 - 1895) Repräsentatives Bildnis in Uniform, wohl um 1870/71, das ihn mit den 1866 und 1870 verliehenen Orden zeigt - dem Kronenorden und den Stern zum Roten Adlerorden. Er durchlief eine glänzende Offizierslaufbahn, diente in den Kriegen von 1866 und 1870/71, wurde 1870 Generalleutnant. Öl/Lwd., doubl.; Verso Bez. des Dargestellten in Bleistift. 75 cm x 63 cm.
