French work from the 1970s A pair of 750‰ yellow and white gold 'Fleurs' earrings, the stylised petals formed of textured oval motifs set with angel skin coral plaques, enhanced with brilliant cut diamonds. Systems for non-pierced ears, snowshoes in 750‰ yellow gold. Diamond hallmark of the Atelier Edouard RICHARDS. Size of motifs: 3x2.3cm. P. Gross weight: 20.2g. Active since the mid-1950s, the Atelier Edouard RICHARDS has worked for many jewellery houses, including Boucheron, Chaumet, Fred, Hermès and Piaget. His work is distinguished by his taste for yellow gold and its textures, often enhanced with coloured stones and decorative stones (malachite, lapis lazuli, coral, etc.). Floral, foliage and animal themes feature prominently.
