Description
CARTIER. Gold chronograph “Pasha 1847 Special Edition LC”. Ref. 1353. Circa the 1990s. White dial with three sub-dials, displaying the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals. Unidirectional rotating bezel. The dial displays the date at 12 o’clock; the hands are sword-shaped. Marked ‘Cartier 1847’ in the centre and, at 6 o’clock within a diamond-shaped medallion, engraved with ‘LC’ in reference to Louis Cartier, the company’s founder. The three crowns are set with a sapphire cabochon. Quartz movement. Red crocodile-effect leather strap with a gold folding clasp. Diameter: 37 mm. Gross weight: 92.7 g. This watch, whose dial is marked ‘1847’, was produced in a limited edition for the manufacture’s employees to mark its 150th anniversary.
