Attributed to Ernesto PIERRET (1824-1898) - Italy Neo-Etruscan style bracelet in 18k (750 thousandths) yellow gold consisting of a chain of plaited gold links embellished with five pendants adorned with lapis lazuli balls. Safety chain. Italian work ca. 1860. Attributed to Ernesto Pierret (1824-1898). Italian hallmark. Small cut in one of the balls. Wrist size: 16.5 cm. Gross weight: 51.5 g. Ernesto Pierret, a French master active in Rome in the 19th century, is known for having brought neo-antique jewellery back into fashion. The Gazette Drouot devoted a fine article to him last March.
