A beige satin headdress in the shape of a toque. A design featuring silver thread and sequins covers most of the fabric. At the forehead, the toque is topped with a stylised decorative element and small decorative beads. Long twisted cannetille threads are attached on the right-hand side.
North Africa, probably Tunisia, Algeria or Libya, early 19th century.
