INFORMATION: This print forms part of the ‘Album Fenaille’ or ‘Album Goupil’, a volume devoted to the drawings of Auguste Rodin, published in 1897. It contains a majority of drawings relating to Dante’s *Inferno*
and which are generally grouped under the term ‘black drawings’. A copy of this precious album is held in the archives of the Rodin Museum.
