The first chapter discusses the greatest tiger hunters, both English and Indian. Illustrated with remarkable photographs, notably of tigers, King George V’s hunts in December 1911 and the first tiger killed by the Prince of Wales (the future Duke of Windsor) in Nepal in December 1921.
