Two-sided pennant in red satinette and white cotton, bearing on each side a crescent moon embroidered in gold canetille in each corner and in the centre the number 3 surmounting a crescent moon, also embroidered in gold canetille. Fringed on one side in gold fluting. Pole can be unscrewed, with its end representing a 5-pointed star surrounded by a crescent moon. Small accident at one of the welding points.
