Colonial helmet, regulation model 1931, made of cork covered with white canvas, leather headband held in place by eight pieces of cork. Regulation chinstrap present but damaged. Stamp of a Marseilles manufacturer also indicating date of manufacture 449. The soldier inscribed his name and unit QUENON 3 BEP on the bottom of the helmet. Helmet with some minor deformations. Regulation colonial helmet model 1931 cork body covered with white cloth leather band held by eight cork pieces. Regulation chinstrap present but damaged. Marseille maker stamp dated 4 49.
