Description
French prisoner trousers and belt. Rare pair of trousers distributed to prisoners released in August and September 1954. Made in China, the trousers are made of fine beige canvas with a fine ecru lining. The belt bears Chinese markings, a large buckle in olive paint copied from the American model. This belt belonged to Captain Liabeuf, who returned from the camps after being taken prisoner at Dien Bien Fhu. French prisoner trousers and belt.
