Paris, published by the author and Pierre Rocolet, 1634. Folio, illustrated edition comprising 62 (out of 63) plates of portraits engraved in medallion form, 5 of which are left blank. Full sheepskin binding, spine with 5 raised bands. Handwritten ex-libris ‘Chapuy’. (Missing the frontispiece and one plate; binding very worn, with scuffing, scuffs and areas where leather is missing; stains and repairs; some foxing affecting mainly plates 55 and 56; a tear on plate 59 has been repaired)
