It opens at the waist with four drawers, and a drop-down panel revealing four small compartments. The lower section opens to reveal four drawers. The cylindrical section features a chiselled and gilded bronze medallion depicting the attributes of love. Marble top surrounded by an openwork brass moulding. Louis XVI style.
