An oval gold neck medallion, decorated with a raised figure forming the year 1867, containing two bust photographs of Princess Marie-Clotilde, (1843-1911), on the left, and Queen Maria Pia, (1847-1911), on the right.
In a shaped case lined with morocco and trimmed inside with silk and blue velvet.
40 x 30 mm. Weight: 26g approx.
Accompanied by a souvenir ticket of the visit to the 1867 Universal Exhibition by the King of Portugal and Queen Maria Pia, sister of Princess Marie-Clotilde.
Provenance: family of Baron Brunet, attached to King Louis I of Portugal during his stay in Paris.
