Description
Pair of officer's flintlock PISTOLS.
Barrels round, with flats on the top and with sides, punched with the thunders, decorated with an engraved frieze.
Breech shrouds engraved en suite.
Lock plates signed "Wheeler" and flat-bodied gooseneck hammers.
Round basins. Roller springs. Safety catches at the rear of the hammers. Adjustable triggers. Engraved iron fittings.
Finely checkered walnut stocks with flat cheeks and long barrels (stamped 2429).
One wooden stick with iron and bone tip and one iron stick (tip missing).
