Description
Quality travel pistol case in mahogany with elm burr veneer, with brass escutcheon, fillet, corners and carrying handle.
Lined inside with red velvet.
Opened, it presents :
-A pair of small percussion travel pistols.
Rifled barrels, slightly blunderbussed at the muzzles, decorated with frieze and foliage, signed "Kehlner in Prag" in gold.
Breech pins numbered "1" and "2".
Signed locks and hammers finely and entirely decorated with foliate scrolls and shells.
Stunning silver fittings decorated with shells and foliage, partly with light blue enamel.
Finely chequered walnut crossbars with long shafts.
Wooden sticks with silver tips.
-And engraved silver fittings:
an engraved silver-trimmed lead mallet, a lead spoon with removable handle, a bullet mould, a jet cutter, a chimney screwdriver, two bits, a bottle opener and a bullet opener, a box of capsules and a round powder flask with long measuring spout.
