GARRARD Model 301 - Transcription Motor. Mythical and rare 1950s British vinyl turntable with roller drive. Speeds 33, 45 and 78 rpm. Serial no. 8593 dates this model from April 1955. Grey Enamel Hammertone" finish, "Grease" bearing, smooth-edged platter without strobe adjustment studs. Copper-coloured metal arms and base, hammered enamel finish by "Film et Radio".
