ÉPERNAY, 20th century. Set of military-style costume jewellery comprising: two costume badge brooches (Union Chorale d’Épernay (A. DUSEAUX) & Secours Mutuels, Société Saint-Vincent, Épernay (CHFRON)), a round gold-plated metal brooch bearing the inscription “AAEE” (ARTHUS BERTRAND) and two tie pins (one with a floral motif and the other bearing the crest “Épernay, 1914–1918’). Also included is a medal from the ‘Société des Architectes de la Marne, founded in 1875’, featuring an engraving of Reims Cathedral. In its original box.
