A pair of silver candlesticks, in the 18th-century style, with apocryphal hallmarks. The base has a contoured profile and a wide, chiselled and repoussé doucine, as does the ombilic; the baluster shaft, with faceted sides between two bulges, is decorated with foliage scrolls, masks, rosettes and foliage motifs (over-decorated). They are adorned on the central knob with a count’s crown.
