PAIR OF LOUIS XVI-STYLE SIDE TABLES, LATE 19TH CENTURY In the style of Martin Carlin Veneered in rosewood, amaranth and sycamore, with chiselled and gilded bronze ornamentation; the top features an 18th-century Sèvres porcelain plaque (ice cream cup saucer), circa 1760, the painting most certainly by Vincent Taillandier, the tubular legs joined by two cross-spanders, one of which is in Spanish brocatelle marble; minor imperfections H.: 78.5 cm (31 in.)
