PIAGET ‘Chamarré’ Ref. 916 A6 No. 82227 Circa 1962 Wristwatch in 18k (750) yellow, rose and white gold with a ‘bark-textured’ finish Case: rectangular, screw-down bezel, signed Dial: oval, textured gold, applied ‘stick’ hour markers Movement: mechanical, signed Bracelet: textured gold, flexible links, signature on the clasp Length: Dimensions: 24 x 30 mm Gross weight: 67.30 g. Known as ‘Chamarré’ within the brand’s universe, this elegant three-gold variation was produced in very limited quantities. Originally, the dial bore a Piaget signature at 12 o’clock, which was probably rubbed off during a refurbishment. We would like to thank Piaget for their kind cooperation.   An 18k yellow, rose and white gold hand-wound wristwatch with a bark finish, gold bracelet with a signed clasp. Nicknamed “Chamarré” within the brand’s universe, this elegant three-tone gold variation was produced in very limited quantities. Originally, the dial featured a Piaget signature at 12 o’clock, which was likely softened during a refinishing process. We extend our sincere thanks to Piaget for their kind collaboration. CONDITION REPORT: Movement operational at the time of writing the catalogue. Case and bracelet show visible signs of polishing. Unsigned dial: signature probably removed during refurbishment (restoration available from Piaget). Non-original hands. Servicing recommended. Please note that all watches are sold as is.
