VACHERON CONSTANTIN No. 619135 / 427908 Circa 1970 Ladies’ wristwatch in 18k white gold (750) Case: square, chiselled bezel, crown on the back, clipped caseback, signed Dial: silvered, applied ‘stick’ hour markers, signed Movement: mechanical cal. 1426/PB, signed Bracelet: openwork gold, integrated into the case, featuring the Maltese Cross on the clasp Length: approx. 16 cm Dimensions: 14 x 14 mm Gross weight: 51.50 g.   An 18k white gold manual-winding ladies’ wristwatch, with an integrated gold bracelet featuring the Maltese Cross on the clasp. CONDITION REPORT: Movement operational at the time of catalogue compilation. The last three digits of the case number are engraved on the inside of the bezel (908). The bracelet is in good condition, with few signs of wear. The dial is patinated and well-preserved, with a small blemish visible on the periphery at the 4 o’clock position.
