Description
Articulated bracelet in silver of 800/°°° fineness and 750/° rose gold°° in a subtle gradient, set around three rows of rose-cut diamonds arranged in a box setting, forming stylised heart motifs and finished with button-shaped pearls (untested, presumably fine, diameter between 3.3 mm and 5 mm, two replaced, traces of glue). Ratchet clasp secured by a small chain. France, circa 1870. Eagle’s head hallmark, vertical maker’s mark, probably Alfred Langlois, 3 Rue de Normandie, Paris. Length: 17.5 cm. Gross weight: 36 g. A silver chain (swan hallmark) is included, finishing in a clasp formed from box-shaped links set with rose-cut diamonds. Gross weight: 8.22 g In a separate case signed ‘Richard’ on the inside.
