Louis-Édouard LEMARCHAND (1795–1872), attributed to A pair of weekday chests, each opening via seven drawers at the front, veneered in light-coloured flamed wood and framed with ebony mouldings. The straight-sided mahogany side panels rest on solid plinths. The tops are finished with veined marble. One opens as a secretary desk. Empire period. H_154 cm W_75 cm D_41 cm
