Silka – “Oeillet” – (c. 1920) A colourless glass bottle, blown, pressed and moulded, with a rectangular cross-section; its square body features moulded decoration on two sides depicting two black-lacquered Ashoka wheels; its side walls and shoulder are coated in black lacquer; it is adorned with a label on one side, with a fluted neck, topped with a stylised Indian-style stopper lacquered in gold depicting an exotic flower. Design attributed to Julien Viard. Height: 10.5 cm
