LARGE DOUBLE-SIDED FLAT DESK
In moulded, carved and blackened wood, opening with three drawers on one side and two on the other, a central trompe l'oeil drawer. It stands on four curved legs. The top is trimmed with gilded leather, surrounded by a moulding and spandrels.
Chased gilt bronze ornamentation with scrolls and shells such as side masks, pull handles, lock escutcheons, falls, corner mouldings and base rings.
