Description
BERLIN CAST IRON
Pair of cast iron torches, the tapered shaft surmounted by three eagles with outstretched wings and terminating in claw feet. The circular base is surrounded by a frieze of palmettes and stars and rests on three spherical feet. This model is reminiscent of Claude Galle's designs.
