The Troubadour
A young musician standing on a plinth, playing his lute.
Movement in the head and right arm; set to a single tune.
Head in biscuit porcelain from the SFBJ, mould no. 301. Blue eyes; body in composition material, dressed in a fine red velvet and silk costume; base covered in velvet with a trimmings border.
Winding mechanism with a removable key and an on/off slider at the back of the plinth.
