Circular GUERIDON in moulded wood, partly carved and gilded with a foliage motif. On a sinuous four-legged base joined by a leaf-decorated spindle-shaped crossbar. The legs are topped with patinated bronze mascarons surmounted by foliage. The top is adorned with a large porcelain bowl depicting kingfishers, surrounded by gilded foliage scrolls on a turquoise and burgundy background.
