A curved, two-section display cabinet with bevelled sides, finished in burl walnut veneer and moulded wood (sun-faded, with missing parts and restorations), opening via three drawers in three rows at the base, surmounted by two glazed panels with muntin bars, topped by a curved cornice carved with shells and acanthus leaves. Front legs in blackened wood depicting eagle’s talons. Pull handles and lock plates in gilded bronze. Dutch work in the 18th-century style.
