A collection of aviation-related display items comprising: - A glazed plaster ashtray in the shape of a question mark, surmounted by a jointed bust of the pilots Coste and Bellonte, signed ‘A.VINCENT’ on the rim and marked ‘3A’ beneath the base. Height: 22 cm – Width: 15 cm Note: Pilots Coste and Bellonte, Polish aviators, completed the first Paris–New York flight in 1930, crossing the Atlantic in 37 hours. They crashed whilst flying their Breguet 19 TR ‘superbidon’, better known as the ‘Question Mark’. - Decorative piece featuring the Air France logo in steel, marked ‘Concorde Air France’ in the bottom right-hand corner. Length: 11.5 cm – Width: 6 cm - Two Air France ashtrays, one an octagonal clear glass ashtray (chipped) and the other a circular blue ceramic ashtray. Both marked with the Air France logo. Diameter: 11 cm Diameter: 7 cm - A leather-covered steel tabletop petrol lighter featuring the Transport Aérien International logo (stained, functionality not guaranteed); a small promotional Airbus lighter is included. Height: 6 cm – Width: 8 cm - Small patinated bronze bust by Mohon depicting Captain Saint-Exupéry, marked on the base ‘Aéroport de Saint-Exupéry’, dated 29 June 2000 and numbered 600/601.
