A pair of porcelain flasks with gold fillets (some wear to the gilding), inscribed on the bands with ‘Court Limonadier à Riom’, ‘Anisette de Bordeaux’ and ‘Kirche-Waser’.
19th century.
Height: 30 cm
Also included is a set of porcelain pieces decorated with raised gold leaf motifs, friezes and interlacing patterns, in various designs.
19th and 20th centuries.
It comprises:
- six jugs (chips and wear to the gilding);
- a lidded sugar bowl (wear to the gilding);
- two cups and a small swan-necked vase in Paris porcelain with gilded decoration (wear, chips and missing sections).
Height: from 9 cm to 25 cm
Note: These bottles, personalised with the name of the drinks merchant, were probably distributed by the merchants to their customers.
