Rectangular console table in walnut, with walnut veneer and burl (veneer gaps, missing sections, imperfections, cracks, slight scratches). It opens to reveal two drawers running along the sides. It rests on two curved front legs with sloping bronze uprights, chiselled with foliage motifs and finished with lion’s paws. Two rear legs with faux columns set against a solid background. The base has a notched plinth. White marble top with faint grey veining (chips to the marble). Late Empire period, 19th century. Height: 92 cm – Width: 88 cm – Depth: 42.5 cm
