Table CLOCK comprising a cylindrical silver case, 19th century, fully engraved, with three legs in the shape of large leaves and a glass lid, engraved bezel and hinge, fitted with an ‘onion’-type verge watch movement, circa 1700, in gilded brass with a large cock symmetrically open-worked and engraved; silver dial with Roman numerals, the centre engraved with a vase of hanging flowers; a single hand. The plate bears an apocryphal inscription: ‘Jacobus dreyer in Stockholm Anno 1594’.
