Smooth white enamel dial, Roman numerals for the hours (reading in 15-minute increments) with markers for the half-hours, Arabic numerals for the minutes, and a single iron hand.
Gilded brass movement, large engraved bridge, the lower part open-worked to reveal the movement’s false balance, silver regulator disc, blued steel rack, Egyptian pillars, verge escapement, fusée with chain.
Plain brass case, probably originally covered in leather.
