Silver ‘onion-shaped’ rod watch signed ‘Colliot A Lion’, circa 1700. Smooth white enamel dial (minor scratches), Roman numerals for the hours reading at 15-minute intervals, Arabic numerals for the minutes, one iron hand. Gilded brass movement, large openwork and engraved silver bridge, regulator disc on a silver rack, Egyptian pillars, verge escapement, fusee with chain. Plain silver case, the back engraved with circles. Diameter 5.8 cm.
