[ART DECO] Paul VERLAINE - Fêtes galantes By H. Piazza, Paris, 1928 - Splendid edition illustrated with 23 stencil-coloured illustrations by George Barbier, in typical Art Deco style. A fine copy in an elegant and original later binding by Th. Roux, somewhat reminiscent of Jean de Gonet's mechanical bindings, and in a matching lined slipcase. The sections of this copy have been entirely mounted on different coloured tabs, an astonishing and well-executed work. Very good condition, free of foxing.
