Raymond CAUCHETIER (1920–2021) *The 400 Blows*, François Truffaut. *Other People’s Women*. Director François Truffaut typing his screenplay, Paris, 1959.  Digital print produced in 2014 on aluminium (Dibond). On four labels on the reverse: signed in pencil, titled and numbered, with copyright stamps. Dimensions: 39.5 x 39.5 cm Print produced in 2014 for the François Truffaut exhibition at the Cinémathèque française, to mark the 30th anniversary of the filmmaker’s death, Paris, 8 October 2014 – 15 January 2015.  Raymond Cauchetier recalls: ‘I wasn’t the photographer on that film, but Jean-Luc Godard asked me to take a few portraits of François Truffaut, who was already working on his future screenplays.
