EGYPT-ALEXANDRIA. Set of 3 tetradrachms. 1/GORDIAN III: Obverse: Eagle facing forward, holding a crown in its talons. LZ. Ø 22 – (12g). 2/TREBONIUS GALLUS: Obverse: Serapis wearing a chiton, walking left and holding a sceptre. L Γ. Ø 22 – (10.7g). 3/VALERIAN: Obverse: Hope walking left, holding flowers in her right hand and lifting her tunic with her left. LB. Ø 23 – (11.8g). Bronze, copper. Superb SUP/TTB+ lot of this coinage characteristic of Alexandria.
